The executive chef
Under the talented direction of Chef Paul Lewis, Cullen’s has won numerous raves from discerning clientele and publications. Chef Lewis is the highly acclaimed executive chef responsible for establishing the restaurant as a world-class culinary destination.
Chef Lewis began his illustrious career earning a culinary arts degree at the Thames Valley University in Oxfordshire, Britain (now Reading College.) While in school, he worked under the renowned British chef, Richard Smith, at the award-winning Beetle and Wedge Hotel.
Most recently, he served as executive sous chef for more than nine years at Houston’s celebrated Quattro restaurant, located inside the Four Seasons Hotel. While working with the Four Seasons brand, Chef Lewis directed the openings of hotel restaurant startups and special events in Dublin, Dallas, London and Hawaii.
