Citizen X formed in 2004 to rock the Houston music scene. The band features vocalist Alison Garner, drummer Phred, guitarist SteveO and bassist Greg "G-Reg" Garner. The other member of the band is soundman extraordinaire, Matt Garner, who also rocks the mic on some songs.
The band quickly rose among the ranks of Houston cover bands and can regularly be seen on stages all over Houston, including The Woodlands, Humble, Katy, and Sugar Land as well as Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Lake Jackson, Bay City, and more towns soon to come. Citizen X put their own unique stamp on the cover songs they play and recently has begun including its own original music into the shows. The Lineup, a variety band from Galveston (Texas) has been doing it since the 90's and is stronger than ever. Consisting of founder and leader Willy Gonzalez (drums & vocals), Stacy Cook (bass & vocals) and Jeff Pennington (lead guitar & vocals, the band has a song list that can go from ZZ Top to Lenny Kravitz to Neil Diamond to Maroon 5 to Frank Sinatra to Sublime. The Lineup is all about having fun and keeping the audience guessing. Besides being the hardest working band in Galveston County, the band has played shows in some unexpected locations. From a "beach party" in Washington, DC for the House Majority Leader to Craig Biggio's back yard, The Lineup knows how to make a party jump.
